The basic recipe for muffins looks something like this: 200 g of flour, 200 ml of milk or kefir, 100 g of eggs, 100 g of butter, baking powder and soda. Sugar or any other sweetener is added to sweet muffins. Muffin filler can be anything - let your imagination fly, there aren’t many goodies!

- 200 g whole wheat flour;
- 200 ml of kefir;
- 100 g butter;
- 2 small eggs;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- 0.5 teaspoons of soda;
- 50 g of hazelnuts;
- 50 g of raisins;
- 1 large pear;
- 50 pineapple candied fruits;
- 30 g of chocolate (white and bitter);
- coconut flakes, paper molds.
The method of preparation of simple muffins with pears and nuts
Pour fine white sugar into a deep bowl, add the butter softened at room temperature. Grind granulated sugar with butter first with a fork.
At this stage, take a mixer, beat eggs with sugar, break small chicken eggs one at a time.
Next, pour kefir at room temperature or slightly warmed into a bowl. If you pour cold kefir into a bowl, then the mixture will delaminate. There is nothing wrong with this, in the process of adding the remaining ingredients, the dough will become smooth.
Separately, mix wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, knead the dough for muffins.
Hazelnuts are dried in a frying pan without oil, cooled. Chop the nuts finely, add to the dough.
We carefully wash the raisins, scald them with boiling water, put them on a paper towel, when the raisins dry out, pour them into a bowl.
Cut the pear for muffins finely. In the dough, you can also put apples, fresh berries, for example, blueberries or blueberries.
Diced pineapple, cut into cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Now put the chocolate in the dough for the muffins. I added drops of white and dark chocolate, you can opt for any one chocolate. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and turn on the oven. We heat to 180 degrees Celsius.
