Warm salad with funchose, beef and mushrooms is a delicious dish for the lazy. Funchoza - rice or glass noodles - is one of the easiest to cook among your pasta relatives. It is enough to pour glass noodles with boiling water and leave for a few minutes, then drain the water. Funchoza does not stick together, it does not need to be watered with oil. I advise you to cut long noodles with scissors into smaller fragments so as not to accidentally hook the entire portion of noodles in one sitting.
The remaining ingredients of the dish need to be cut and heated with soy sauce, sesame oil and chili pepper, separately quickly fry or boil the mushrooms, which take only 5-7 minutes to prepare.
Vegetables for this salad are prepared al-dente, there is such a term in Italian cuisine, that is, they undergo a short heat treatment, but remain crispy and juicy.

- 120 g of funchose;
- 300 g boiled beef;
- 300 g of fresh champignons;
- 1 onion white;
- 1 onion red
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- a bunch of parsley or cilantro;
- 1 pod of chili pepper;
- garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt, sesame oil.
A method of preparing a warm salad with funchose, beef and mushrooms
We put rice noodles in a pan, pour a teaspoon of salt, pour boiling water. Leave the funchose in boiling water for 10 minutes, during which time the noodles soften.
Meanwhile, cut the head of white onion into thin rings, fry it in heated sesame oil for a translucent state for several minutes, add soy sauce and chopped garlic clove at the end of frying.
Cut the boiled beef into thin strips, put in a pan to the fried onion, mix.
Add sweet Bulgarian pepper, chopped into small cubes and a chili pod, chopped into rings. Warm vegetables with meat over medium heat. At this stage, you do not need to cook for a long time, just soften the bell pepper a little. The meat also absorbs vegetable juices and soaks in soy sauce.
Next, add fresh cucumber cut into thin strips and finely chopped fresh herbs.
Cilantro or parsley, as well as dill and a green onion, are suitable for the recipe.
Funchozu recline in a colander, when the water drains completely, put the noodles in a pan with meat and vegetables.
Fresh mushrooms and a chopped red onion onion head are separately fried in heated vegetable oil for several minutes. Mushrooms can also be grilled. We cut large champignons into four parts or in half, prepare small mushrooms whole.
Add the fried champignons to the rest of the ingredients.
Use canned champignons if you don’t have time to cook fresh mushrooms.

This delicious and simple salad can be prepared with any meat or chicken. Raw meat is also suitable for the recipe, it needs to be very finely chopped and quickly fried in hot olive oil (5-6 minutes).
