Minerals washed up on the eve of alcohol must be replenished, and if there is no time for cooking borsch, a cocktail with a hangover - a vegetable smoothie with hot pepper and Greek yogurt will make life a little easier.
I am not a chemist, therefore I can not talk about the differences between sea and ordinary salt, but since I want to cook the most healing vegetable smoothie in the morning, I salt it with sea food salt, family members stubbornly consider it very useful.
Smoothie, according to this recipe, it turns out to be moderately sharp, thick, with a small acidity of yogurt and tomato, quite nutritious, which is what the reverend's body needs.

Ingredients for a Vegetable Hangover Smoothie
- 250 ml of Greek yogurt;
- ripe tomato;
- young carrot;
- pod of red chili;
- a leaf of Beijing cabbage;
- several branches of dill;
- sea salt, ground red pepper, sweet paprika flakes.

Cut thin carrots into thin slices, blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water. I tried to cook a smoothie with raw carrots, and I came to the conclusion that blanched one is much tastier. It becomes soft literally in a matter of minutes, and there will be no grains in the cocktail.
We put the ripe tomato in boiling water for 2 minutes, having previously cut the skin crosswise. Then we transfer the tomato to cold water, remove the skin.
Finely chop the tomato, add to the carrots, put it on a flat plate so that the vegetables are cool or you can put the carrots for several minutes in cold water after blanching.
Add finely chopped pod of red chili pepper and a leaf of Chinese cabbage to the vegetables. Chilli is worth a try so as not to make an inedible cocktail, just one little ring of pepper is enough for the dish to acquire a fiery taste.
We send chopped vegetables, cold Greek yogurt, some sweet paprika flakes and sea salt to taste in a food processor. You need to generously pour the cocktail, in this case you should not think about the norms of salt consumption.
Grind the ingredients until smooth, pour into a large mug.
Add a pinch of ground red pepper on top.
We decorate the cocktail with a sprig of dill and in small sips we treat a suffering body from a hangover. You can make a few more smoothies after some time, but do not make this drink for future use, you need to use the smoothie immediately after preparation.
