- 600 g of beets;

- 300 g onions;

- 30 ml of olive oil;
- black pepper, sea salt, cooking oil for frying.

My beets, put in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about an hour. Then we put the stewpan under a stream of cold water for several minutes. Peel the cooled beets.

The peeled walnuts are heated for several minutes in a dry, hot pan, chopped with a knife or chopped with a rolling pin. No need to turn nuts into dust, just make large crumbs.
