This simple dessert for tea is very simple to prepare in 30 minutes (along with baking), it is only important to plan everything correctly, so follow my recommendations.
For work you will need silicone, metal or paper molds for cupcakes, as the dough for these biscuits is fluid, and without form it spreads.
Choose dates to your liking, the larger the better.

- 3 large chicken eggs;
- 110 g of granulated sugar;
- 1 g of vanillin;
- 125 g of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 60 g butter;
- 12 dates;
- powdered sugar.

Immediately turn on the oven to heat up - the heating temperature is 165 degrees Celsius. If cooking in silicone molds, then grease them with a drop of vegetable oil. Metal ones should be greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, paper molds are an ideal choice, they do not need to be processed with anything.
So, we break the eggs into the bowl, add the vanillin and granulated sugar, mix the ingredients with a whisk, leave for a couple of minutes, so that the sugar begins to melt.
Mix flour, baking powder and a pinch of finely table salt to balance the taste, sift.
Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer for 5-6 minutes until a lush, thick, non-falling mass is formed. Previously, eggs were beaten manually, but this is a rather time-consuming process, it turns out faster with a mixer.
Sift the wheat flour into the whipped mixture, gently mix the dry and liquid ingredients with a spatula.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to make a smooth dough without lumps of flour. Melt the butter, cool a little, add to the dough.
Knead the dough in a uniform circular motion.
Put the prepared molds on a baking sheet. In each form we put 1.5 tablespoons of dough. This recipe uses standard silicone molds, which I usually fill with dough for 2/3, if I pour more, then the dough can spread in the oven.
We take 12 large dates, we get the seeds. We put a date in the center of each cupcake, slightly lower it so that the dough closes it.
