Hello! We will be acquainted: I am Irina Aleksandrovna Struleva from the city of Sengiley, Ulyanovsk Region. I decided to take part in the competition and send you my work: “We know how to work, we know how to relax!” In our area in summer it is often so hot that Africa is resting and has to work hard to not only grow crops, but also preserve the beauty of flowers. My work was not in vain, the harvest was excellent! So many tomatoes were tied that each bush had to be tied to stakes 4 times. A day later, cucumbers were collected in buckets, pepper and eggplant did not leave our table, and at the beginning of September we ate deliciously sweet 5-8 kilogram watermelons, honey melons and grapes. Every summer we try to make it so that after a working day we can rest comfortably. I really love flowers, they are everywhere in the garden - along the paths, in pots, on the wall of the shed and the veranda, on the windows of the house, near the beds and greenhouses. There is a lot of work with planting: watering, feeding, mulching, but all the worries and labor are not a burden, when in the evening, exhausted after gardening, I sit on the bench by the pond, admire the fish playing in the water, breathe the aroma of petunias, lilies, fragrant tobacco, and fatigue as never happened! And how in the evening the nightingales sang! I sat up late and listened, bewitched. The birds in our garden are permanent residents, feeders are hung for them and there are bowls of water, I don’t forget about the bees - for them, too, were shallow bowls of water. Butterflies swirled above the flowers, and dragonflies rested by the pond. Vasilisa’s toad, who had been living in the garden for many years, loved to swim around the pond to a rubber frog to the delight of her neighbors, whom she was not at all afraid of and allowed herself to stroke on the back. Sengiley is a beautiful city, a garden city. He stands on the banks of the beautiful Volga. We have healing air, tasty water, spring water, fertile land, endowing with an unprecedented harvest - you just have to work hard! We have a very beautiful nature, and what sunsets in the evening! Admire the photo - there aren’t any in big cities! I have more than 2 thousand photos, it took me a lot of work to select some of them for the contest.
