Kiwi Nectarine Smoothie
Kiwi Nectarine Smoothie is a sweet, sophisticated, healthy and delicious fruit cocktail that you can shake in a blender in minutes. I added a rather exotic fruit to this delicious smoothie fruit drink - golden kiwi, which was first grown in New Zealand and it appeared on the shelves of our stores not so long ago. Unlike the usual green kiwi, Gold kiwi is bright yellow inside and almost “bald” outside, it tastes very sweet, with a honey flavor.

Another exotic supplement that will refresh the Kiwi Nectarine smoothie is fresh rosemary, but be very moderate: just a few leaves can give your smoothie a strong Christmas tree flavor.

- 2 golden kiwi (yellow);
- 1 nectarine;
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 20 g of honey;
- rosemary, mint.

Ripe nectarine thoroughly wash, remove the stone, cut into thick slices. You can peel the nectarine, but usually it is quite tender, unlike the apple peel.

Peel the ripe and sweet apple, cut into small pieces.

Add to the fruit two peeled yellow kiwi sliced in thick slices. Yellow kiwi, unlike green, has a sweeter taste and in combination with honey will make smoothies a real treat for gourmets.

We add honey to fruits - a valuable natural sweetener that should be included in a healthy diet within a reasonable range.

To smoothies did not turn out very thick and cloyingly sweet, add freshly squeezed lemon juice. For one portion of the cocktail, juice from half a lemon is enough.

Refined smoothies will give a few leaves of fresh rosemary, but do not overdo it with this aromatic spice. Even a small amount of rosemary (3-4 leaves) is enough for you to feel it in a cocktail.

Grind the fruits in a food processor or blender until mashed. If you like a thick smoothie, you can leave it as it is. However, you can add ice cubes to the fruit, or a little unsalted mineral water without gas, or fruit juice without sugar, then you will get a very large portion of the drink.
